1. We send the air compressor pump head and the flywheel separately to protect the product from damage during transportation. Please wait patiently for all parts to arrive.
2. Please carefully check whether the product model, gas supply pressure, exhaust volume per minute, rated power, installation aperture, diameter of the connection pipe at the machine head, diameter of the main machine wheel, and number of cylinders meet your needs before purchasing.
3. Please note that when placing the pump head, the motor pulley and belt pulley must be in the same straight line. The more aligned, the less vibration.
4. Please ensure that the air compressor is placed in a well-ventilated location to help dissipate heat and avoid performance degradation or malfunction due to overheating.
5. Please tighten the screws (both base and pulley screws) when installation. Please note that the belt should be tightened after the screws are installed. If the belt is loose, move the motor. After tightening the screws, reinstall the belt.
6. Please note that the new machine must be filled with oil (not included) before starting, and the oil should be added to the center of the red dot of the oil mirror. Please note that the oil should be changed in the first half month, then one and a half months, and finally two to three months.
7. Please note that the rotation direction of the pump head is clockwise. If it is reversed, please adjust it in time.
8. Please note that the air filter should be changed regularly. Under normal circumstances, it must be replaced within two to three months, and if the environment is bad, it must be replaced within one month.
9. Please note that high temperatures are generated when the machine is running, so be careful not to burn yourself!
